Follow these steps to export document OCR / Full Text to text files:
- After importing document data, select any document in your database.
- Tap the Data button and select Export OCR.
- Select the OCR Directory text field and enter a name for your new folder that will hold your OCR / Full Text text files.
- Tap the Image Key Field button and select the field in your database that WarRoom should use to cross reference your images with your documents
- Tap the OCR Field button and select the text field in your database where you want WarRoom to insert the full text OCR.
- Tap the Begin Export button.
